Great gym. Stopped by during my visit from Indiana. Great powerlifting gym, the guy running it was a good dude who cares about the gym. Very helpful and they had everything I needed.

I visited this gym as a spectator for a friend of mine competing in a powerlifting competition. The gym is relatively small but it has the old school iron gym feel as well as function. A lot of the plates were solid iron or variations of that and the machines look dated but not broken or worn down. Everything work the way it was supposed to and the competition was run very efficiently. The gym was open and had what looked like all the equipment you can need to hit all the major lifts and their variations. I don't know the price of the gym so I cannot comment on that but I would recommend the gym based on its look and feel as well as the hospitality from everyone involved.

If you're looking for an air conditioned Globogym to coddle you, give you pizza and a participation trophy, this is not your gym. If you're looking for an old school gym, where people go to sweat, work hard and are supportive but will also give you a kick in the butt when you need it, come check it out! It was the best thing I ever did. I have gained strength I would have never thought possible, not only physically, but mentally. I've made friends here with some great people who treat you more like family rather than a member number. It's not easy some days, but it's definitely worth it! I Love the All American Gym family!!

Ken and his gym are phenomenal! If you’re looking for a gym to build strength and/or muscles, then this is your gym. The equipment is a bit dated, but I prefer that as it gives the gym charm and inspires to be blue-collar-like in my workouts. Thanks, Ken!
